NATIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY

LIFETIME GUARANTEE WARRANTY: Knights Hail Repair guarantees the repairs made to your vehicle for the lifetime of the vehicle unless otherwise stated on the estimate or invoice.

Our repairs will not cause the metal or paint to rust, chip, deteriorate, crack, break or pit due to our process of repair.

Repairs will be to the satisfaction of customer. In the event customer is not satisfied with repair and we are unable to repair to customer’s satisfaction, Knights Hail Repair will not charge for repair. Warranty is limited to panel(s) in question.

Any parts damaged by us during the process of our repairs will be repaired to the satisfaction of the customer or will be replaced with new parts by Knights Hail Repair.

In the event a Knights Hail Repair representative is not available for a warranty issue at your location, you may take your vehicle to a Knights Hail Repair authorized facility and if needed, repair done and billed to Knights Hail Repair.

Notes: Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty on the parts replaced is limited to the part(s) manufacturers’ warranty.

Customer Obligation: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner may need to present owner’s copy of invoice or have a Knights Hail Repair representative verify the warranty through our records.
